Simon Kenton’s Jeff Stowers has been named the 2025–26 NFHS Kentucky State Coach of the Year for girls’ basketball by the National Federation of State High School Association and the KHSAA. Recognized for both his on-court achievement and his contributions to growing the sport, Coach Stowers now advances for consideration for Section 2 (Mideast) Coach of the Year honors.
Coach Stowers led the Lady Pioneers to the a final four appearance in the 2025-26 KHSAA Sweet Sixteen.
