The following action items passed by unanimous vote during the regular meeting of the Sanitation District No. 1 Board of Directors held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

1. Acceptance of the August 18, 2026, SD1 Board of Directors regular meeting minutes.

2. Approved Flottweg Separation Technologies, Inc. to perform the rehabilitation of the centrifuge at Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant for the amount provided in their quote of $79,399.69.

3. Awarded a contract for the purchase of 15-16% Peracetic Acid Solution to the low bidder, Pelton Environmental Products, Inc., at the unit prices submitted with their bid in the amount of $115,710.00.

4. Approved the change order to incorporate the additional sanitary sewer upsizing needed to eliminate the SSOs in a typical year for the Ludlow Theme Park and Sleepy Hollow Sanitary Sewer Upsizing with Clark Deitz for the quoted cost of $68,830.00.

5. Approved three new requests for reservation of sanitary sewer capacity.

6. Approved the Stormwater Public Cost-Share Program with the City of Bellevue located at Taylor Avenue and Center Street for a total SD1 cost of $60,000.00.

7. Accepted the Executive Director Annual Performance Review & Approval of FY 2027 Strategic Business Plan Goals.
